Located in East Sacramento's Fab Forties neighborhood, what once was a muddy, unused backyard and unloved garage was transformed to better suit California’s temperate climate. We re-oriented the space to accommodate a sensible-sized pool and a poolhouse that also serves as an office space/guest suite. This entertaining-ready backyard blends timeless materials like tumbled brick, custom ironwork, and white roses with a modern black-forward palette.
