For this 1930's Spanish Revival restoration, we wanted to stay true to the home’s traditional Spanish bones while giving it a modern, fun refresh. We added bright white walls, graphic cement tile, cactus wallpaper and an open-concept kitchen. Then we balanced the new by repurposing the home's original elements, such as restoring the wrought iron staircase, showcasing the dining room's old brick fireplace and keeping the exposed Doug fir ceilings.
